Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead MES deployments (new fab, expansions, upgrades), including planning, resourcing, risk management, UAT, and production cutover with compliance to manufacturing and quality standards.
  • •Own go-live readiness, roadmap, and continuous enhancements, including integrations with equipment, SPC, SAP, and data platforms aligned to Industry 4.0.
  • •Drive standardization across sites with effective change management and version control.
  • •Run MES production support (including 24x7 operations), enforce incident/problem management, and lead RCA to improve system stability.
  • •Build and lead the MES team and define MES architecture/standards/scalability while managing vendors and driving digital transformation initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer /Other) (B.E./B.Tech or equivalent).
  • •10–15 years of experience in Manufacturing Execution Systems or related domain.
  • •Proven experience delivering at least one full MES implementation lifecycle.
  • •Strong experience in MES technologies and manufacturing systems, including system integrations (Equipment, ERP/SAP, SPC, Data platforms).
  • •Programming knowledge in C#, Python, and SQL, plus exposure to IoT/automation and Industry 4.0 technologies.
