Key Responsibilities

  • •Create weekly and daily finishing plans aligning requested date and quantity with production requirements to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • •Allocate lines and sequence production orders; schedule across short horizons (0–6 weeks) while considering capacity, skill matrix, and material availability.
  • •Follow up on plan adherence and coordinate with Production and shop-floor controllers to release orders and provide weekly schedules with daily assignments and output targets.
  • •Monitor and resolve exceptions and potential delays by re-prioritizing orders in constrained situations to maintain FROT and support sequencing.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to improve planning tools and processes, providing performance variance feedback against KPI targets and supporting site improvement projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Logistics, or related fields.
  • •3+ years of experience in production scheduling, planning, or supply chain operations, preferably in manufacturing or jewellery/precision production.
  • •Hands-on experience with production planning/scheduling systems (e.g., AX, APS or equivalent ERP/scheduling tools).
  • •Strong understanding of production scheduling processes including line allocation, sequencing, and capacity/constraint management.
  • •Analytical mindset to track KPIs (e.g., FROT, plan adherence), identify bottlenecks, and drive corrective actions.
