Job Summary

Own complex Zscaler incidents and lead deep troubleshooting for secure web gateway and secure access transformation. Key Responsibilities

•Act as senior technical authority for Zscaler (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX), owning resolution of high-impact incidents and deep-dive troubleshooting.
•Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes across secure web gateway, zero trust access, and digital experience monitoring.
•Design and execute complex changes, migrations, and upgrades including policy, traffic forwarding (GRE, IPsec, PAC, Client Connector), and SSL inspection with minimal disruption.
•Serve as a technical escalation point for L1 and L2 teams across Zscaler and the wider multi-vendor environment.
•Lead disaster recovery planning and execution, and maintain high-quality documentation, knowledge articles, and operational procedures.

Key Requirements

•Fluent English with excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills.
•Proven hands-on L3 expertise with Zscaler as a must-have across ZIA (policy, SSL inspection, traffic forwarding, URL/cloud app control, DLP), ZPA (app segments, connectors, zero trust access design/troubleshooting), and ZDX/Zscaler Client Connector deployment and diagnostics.
•Strong hands-on experience with complementary multi-vendor technologies including Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks (Prisma Access, SASE), and F5 (LTM, GTM, ASM).
•Deep understanding of networking and security protocols including BGP, OSPF, NAT, VPN/IPsec, GRE, TLS/SSL, and DNS.
•Experience with monitoring and ticketing tools (SecureCRT, LogicMonitor, ServiceNow) and relevant certifications (ZCCP, ZDTA, CCNP, PCNSE, Fortinet NSE 5+), plus a degree in IT/Computing or equivalent experience.
