Key Responsibilities

  • •Design trustworthy, objective evaluators for ML models, LLM pipelines, SQL queries/jobs, and agent skills so entire autonomous loops remain valid.
  • •Configure and maintain experimentation environments locally and in FDA/Fury, ensuring isolation from production systems.
  • •Debug autonomous loops that fail during execution by distinguishing loop failures, evaluation errors, and environment issues.
  • •Manage experimentation budgets (compute, time, and cost), separating statistical noise from truly meaningful improvements.
  • •Independently optimize solutions across Engineering, AI/Agents, ML, Product/UX, and Analytics domains with low dependence on constant guidance.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in Data Science, ML Engineering, or Software Engineering with a focus on experimentation, including building model training workflows and Python scripting for evaluators/experiment runners.
  • •Optimize SQL queries and analyze performance of data processing at scale.
  • •Apply prompt engineering and LLM knowledge, using agentic AI tools such as Claude Code, Copilot, Codex (or similar).
  • •Use Git (branches, commits, resets) and command-line/execution infrastructure tools such as Fury CLI, FDA, and eval runners.
  • •Read, write, and maintain structured technical documentation in Markdown (e.g., SKILL.md, documentation-as-code repositories).
