Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the bid lifecycle from capture to contract award, facilitating kick-offs and reviews and maintaining document control.
  • •Plan and manage program adherence with agendas, materials and outputs (minutes/actions).
  • •Coordinate interfaces with the proposals team, UK/global streams and partners/subconsultants and manage client-facing channels.
  • •Formulate overall structure of the proposal, source material and develop answer plans; write and produce tailored bid content and visuals.
  • •Support project teams for client interviews including presentation development and coaching.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree-level qualification (any relevant discipline)
  • •APMP Foundation as a minimum
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite (InDesign preferred)
  • •Experience coordinating proposals, bids or work winning activities within infrastructure consultancy or related sectors
  • •Excellent editing, writing and communication skills
