Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the department by driving process efficiency and monitoring key performance indicators for the section.
  • •Establish a quality control culture (e.g., SPC/FDC/defense line) and maintain effective change system management.
  • •Formulate and drive fixes for main yield issues and identify IDL detractors across products.
  • •Coordinate strategic focus by communicating section goals and customer expectations, and develop and sustain a high-value workforce.
  • •Drive project management within the section: prioritize projects, ensure timelines/resources, and support EHS execution and training.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree or equivalent experience in an engineering-related field.
  • •At least 5 years of experience in CVD/PVD semiconductor field.
  • •Demonstrated success in a Micron Manager position.
  • •Advanced and thorough understanding of the DRAM process and module team structure/standards/processes.
  • •Strong data analysis, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication/presentation skills.
