Key Responsibilities

  • •Accompany service activities upstream (study, offer, PTD, pre-project) and lead Etudes Technico-Opérationnelles (ETO) to demonstrate offer relevance and feasibility.
  • •Define simulation approaches to model functional behavior and study/prototype key algorithms related to defense systems, allocating performance across equipment, system and subsystem levels.
  • •Facilitate co-engineering with technical direction, architects, offer teams and clients.
  • •Maintain and build discipline competencies: recruit, evaluate and develop collaborators and manage career planning using e-WPMs.
  • •Promote and deploy new algorithm-design and numerical simulation practices, tools and environments; run technical reviews and maintain discipline cost models using capitalization/REX elements.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering degree or equivalent.
  • •At least 10 years managing engineering teams in system engineering, software engineering, or program engineering within complex systems engineering contexts.
  • •Experience in pre-project preparation phases (SFRD, PTD, FED, ENF).
  • •Experience organizing and facilitating co-engineering phases.
  • •Experience in skills management and improving performance, competitiveness, and cost/budget estimation.
