Discipline Manager Algorithmes, Simulation et Performances (F/H)

Lead a discipline responsible for algorithms, simulation and performance studies for airspace-related systems. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to run technical operational studies, define simulation means, prototype key algorithms for defense systems, and allocate performance across equipment to subsystem levels. Drive co-engineering, standardize reusable models and simulations, manage engineering competencies and hiring, and deploy new algorithm/simulation practices and tools.
