Associate Development Engineer

Perform material and device research to improve thin-film solar cell performance, stability, and manufacturing cost. Own project or functional areas within the group, planning, executing, and characterizing development experiments in lab and manufacturing environments. Use statistics and engineering methods to optimize workflow effectiveness, interpret analytical results, and contribute to material and equipment specifications. Collaborate cross-functionally, work under minimal supervision, and help mentor lower-level employees.
