Job Summary

Own new customer implementations and change requests for EDI requirements across Levi Strauss regions, including requirement gap analysis, extensive testing, and ongoing coordination with internal teams and third-party providers. Diagnose and fix daily transmission errors by driving system and process improvements, resolve IDoc and SAP EDI incidents, and perform manual data pushes (including VMI). Support catalogs/vendor sites, conduct POS/velocity research, and contribute to reporting, automation, and user training.

Key Responsibilities

•Handle EDI new customer implementations and existing customer requirement changes across Levi Strauss Europe, Americas, and Asia Middle East Africa.
•Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure complete understanding of business requirements.
•Identify root causes of daily transmission errors and drive system and business process changes to eliminate them.
•Resolve regional IDoc errors and EDI-related SAP incidents; perform manual data pushes including VMI.
•Provide maintenance and user support for catalogs and wholesale vendor sites; support VMI implementations and claims support.

Key Requirements

•Experience with EDI systems and analysis/design, including strong knowledge of SAP concepts such as T-Codes, IDocs, and data flow.
•Understanding of Customer Service and Order To Cash business processes.
•Experience providing direct customer support with root cause analysis, issue tracking, escalation, and problem resolution.
•Experience reading/understanding EDI messages, including EDIFACT (e.g., PRICAT, ORDERS, ORDRSP) and X12 (e.g., 850, 855, 856).
•Familiarity with EDI communication protocols (e.g., AS2, SFTP) and technical testing practices.
