Lead industrial automation and controls across multiple Trane plants in Monterrey by delivering improvement and cost-saving projects and supporting control systems to keep equipment available. Program PLCs and HMIs, integrate mechanical/electrical/robotic/electronic systems, and troubleshoot maintenance and automation issues using structured problem-solving methods. Manage suppliers and requisitions, coordinate project teams, mentor junior staff, and implement upgrades including 3D printing, vision systems, AI cameras, and AGV integration.
