Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end planning and execution of CapEx projects aligned to business objectives, scope, and deliverables.
  • •Ensure compliance with safety, security, environmental, quality, and regulatory requirements for all project activities.
  • •Manage project scope, cost, and time by controlling budgets, monitoring expenditure, and meeting timelines and milestones.
  • •Develop project master plans, resource requirements, budgets, implementation schedules, and support feasibility studies with risk assessment and mitigation planning.
  • •Oversee contractors and plant modifications (equipment installations, facility upgrades), track KPIs, maintain project documentation and records, and report status, risks, achievements, and financial performance to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of project management experience leading capital investment, engineering, or factory improvement projects.
  • •Proven delivery of projects on time, within budget, and against defined objectives.
  • •Experience in factory expansion, equipment installation, process improvement, and CapEx projects (highly desirable).
