Key Responsibilities

  • •Own technical direction for a significant part of the Developer Experience mandate, identifying and removing the biggest friction points for engineers.
  • •Lead initiatives that improve developer productivity across multiple engineering teams by improving processes and tooling, grounded in software engineering and AI capability.
  • •Design and build workflows and tooling to move changes through the software development lifecycle from local development to review and release.
  • •Lead AI work across the lifecycle by evaluating real leverage, building safety guardrails, and being candid about what does not work.
  • •Treat internal developers as customers: build community around developer experience, define standards across the track, mentor engineers, and help operate the systems through on-call rotation.

Key Requirements

  • •A software engineering background with deep experience in at least one language; C#, Go, TypeScript, and Python are represented.

  • •Passion for developer experience across CI/CD, internal platforms, and release engineering.
