Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate technical product sample processes from configuration through international shipment tracking to final customer validation.
  • •Coordinate and track technical product processes across multiple customer accounts and serve as a technical inquiry point for standard questions.
  • •Maintain and update technical product documentation, qualification statuses, and project data in internal systems and customer-facing portals.
  • •Orchestrate product change notices and lifecycle events, including last-time-buy window communication.
  • •Oversee regional loaner pools inventory and support failure analyses, return authorizations, and logistics for design-cycle qualifications.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in an engineering or science field (e.g., Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science).
  • •3+ years of professional experience in the semiconductor industry or related field, including roles such as field application engineer, systems engineer, or hardware test engineer.
  • •General knowledge of hardware engineering workflows to support Field Application Engineers and recognize operational obstacles.
  • •High technical literacy to adapt to changing technology, product roadmaps, and lifecycle dates.
  • •Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to coordinate across customers and internal teams (Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain).
