Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in shaping the RTA survey strategy and KPI regime, including how data received from RTA is treated.
  • •Analyse trends and provide recommendations to departments to drive continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.
  • •Track, analyse, and interpret RTA survey results; design and build reports and dashboards, including mapping survey KPIs into Power BI.
  • •Prepare accurate performance reports and presentations summarising survey findings for contractual and internal/external meetings.
  • •Ensure survey data is timely, credible, accurate, secure, and compliant with internal/external requirements, including submissions tied to contractual penalties and incentives.

Key Requirements

  • •A degree holder or high diploma in a related discipline, with a bachelor’s degree or formal training in performance management, data analytics, or transportation management.
  • •Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role in a Metro and Tram environment.
  • •Proven track record delivering on-time KPI reporting and analysis tied to survey/performance regimes.
  • •Minimum 2 years of experience using MS Excel with strong numerical skills, plus at least 6 months of document management experience.
  • •Good knowledge of transport performance regimes (preferably rail) with cross-department coordination and the ability to manage multiple survey projects and meet deadlines.
