Key Responsibilities

  • •Shape Healthcare BA portfolio strategy aligned to market demand, customer workflows, regulatory requirements, and digital/sustainability trends.
  • •Drive customer discovery and market insights to inform investment priorities and product/offerings roadmaps.
  • •Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and R&D to guide NPD/NPI, feature prioritization, and lifecycle management.
  • •Own or influence business cases, ROI models, and financial justification for portfolio investments; ensure launch readiness and global market adoption.
  • •Define and execute Healthcare building automation business development strategy, including executive relationships, deal-shaping, bundling, pricing frameworks, and partnership models.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in product management and strategy in the Healthcare industry, with exposure to healthcare facilities, infrastructure, or clinical environments.
  • •3+ years of business development, stakeholder management, sales, and customer-interfacing experience.
  • •Proven success driving revenue growth, market expansion, and strategic partnerships.
  • •Demonstrated experience influencing or leading new product development (NPD), new product introduction (NPI), and portfolio strategy/commercialization.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Healthcare, or related field (MBA preferred).
