Key Responsibilities

  • •Initiate, develop, and deploy smart manufacturing applications to optimize capex efficiency and transform planning processes.
  • •Influence and develop AI/ML and data science applications to identify business needs, quantify impact, and prescribe actions to maximize output efficiency and optimize cycle time.
  • •Integrate solutions across production planning, industrial engineering planning, and supply chain departments to deliver scalable, effective, and efficient solutions.
  • •Oversee end-to-end build, development, and deployment of smart manufacturing applications, including technical consulting, troubleshooting support, and coaching for resolution.
  • •Drive project execution through cross-functional collaboration, manage stakeholders, promote adoption and standardization across the network, and evaluate third-party software/hardware/vendor options if needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5 years of work experience in the semiconductor industry, planning, supply chain, operations research, or an equivalent sector.
  • •Prior knowledge in data science is preferred but not required.
  • •Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with problem-solving ability.
  • •Excellent interpersonal, communication, planning, organizational, and time management skills.
