Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and improve global PAC business processes, including continuous improvement initiatives and alignment of Best Known Methods (BKMs).
  • •Facilitate global peer group collaboration to align strategy, roadmaps, and performance goals.
  • •Evaluate PAC system performance across sites, identify gaps, and implement improvements to achieve best-in-class results.
  • •Partner with manufacturing sites and suppliers to analyze performance data and enhance safety, cost, sustainability, and equipment performance.
  • •Develop and maintain PAC documentation and lead multiple projects from planning through implementation and review, communicating progress, risks, and results.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •3+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, facilities engineering, or related technical roles.
  • •Experience working with pump, abatement, and chiller systems (or similar facility/equipment systems).
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead projects or initiatives and collaborate across teams.
  • •Strong communication skills in English and ability to work across global teams.
