Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate business and IT needs into scalable, efficient agentic architectures for financial institutions, including functional and non-functional requirements.
  • •Create target architectures, roadmaps, and implementation requirements; develop reusable patterns, reference architectures, accelerators, and methodologies.
  • •Design safe and precise memory architectures, compliant multi-agent systems, and tool/skill workbenches.
  • •Design and oversee tracing, monitoring, and evaluation systems for agentic AI, including appropriate governance.
  • •Partner with Risk Management/Compliance to define guardrails and security measures; document and communicate technical concepts effectively.

Key Requirements

  • •Several years of experience architecting and delivering AI solutions in finance, with Asset Management/Investment Banking experience preferred.
  • •Experience designing agentic platforms and architectures from ambiguous client problems into roadmaps and implementation requirements.
  • •Proficiency with agentic tooling and platforms including Agent Builder, M365 and PowerBI Copilot, and Copilot Studio (and Cowork as mentioned).
  • •Strong understanding of modern data/AI platforms such as Azure AI Foundry and Databricks, including practical applications in technology and finance.
  • •Experience with tracing, monitoring, and evaluation systems (e.g., Langfuse or Weights & Biases) and knowledge of AI governance principles.
