Key Responsibilities

  • •Achieve market share, contribution margin, and volume objectives while maintaining required profitability for the wholesaler channel.
  • •Use Nielsen, internal, and competitor data (including distribution, inventories, and channel mix) to support business-result decision-making.
  • •Build and present sub-channel plans for specialized wholesalers and grocery wholesalers to leadership.
  • •Guide brands and client strategies, develop the Prestige portfolio with support from the Prestige team, and manage client relationships to grow share of market.
  • •Develop the team by identifying talent and creating successors; lead with motivation and continuous challenge.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in economics/administration or engineering.
  • •Advanced English.
  • •More than 7 years of experience as a Senior Manager; 2–3 years as deputy director or team leader.
  • •Experience in mass consumer companies (ideally alcoholic beverages).
  • •Strong analytical ability, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills.
