Job Summary

Become a Retail Personal Banker I through a 4–8 week onboarding and education program with rotations in operations and Sales & Service, ending with a certification. Use a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles, recommend retail consumer and small business solutions, and drive cross-selling. Proactively reach out using CAMP and approved marketing tools, partner with business teams (mortgage, small business, commercial, investment), meet production goals, and help CSRs with the sales and referral process while following risk and ethics policies.

•Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend solutions using the value proposition.
•Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to reach out to customers, set appointments, and perform periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to existing customers and conduct outside sales activities, including presentations, business sales calls, and community financial literacy events.
•Develop relationships with business partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment) to refer customers and support sales/referral processes for CSRs.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 43,680 - 69,900 annually

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills (or a combination of education and experience).
•Ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new consumer household and small business customers and cross-sell.
•Demonstrated understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
•Ability to represent the bank professionally through appearance and verbal/written communication.
•Ability to develop working knowledge of retail policies and procedures to make sound decisions.
