Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with MADI towers and senior leadership to solve challenges, optimize workflows, and implement tools that improve transparency and scalability.
  • •Lead associate experience and culture building, including all-hands/town halls/focus groups/newsletters, and coordinate onboarding for new MADI team members.
  • •Establish and manage training curricula and learning paths, including specialized trainings for specific towers and job families.
  • •Serve as liaison to the broader AML COS team to coordinate AML-wide events and share best practices.
  • •Support MADI ceremonies and processes (e.g., PI planning, prioritization/tradeoffs, and change/dependency management), and support project management, budgeting, recruiting, and resource management across MADI.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 138,100 - 157,700 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
  • •At least 5 years of project, process, program, or change management experience.
  • •At least 3 years of experience in data management, risk management, compliance, or audit.
  • •At least 3 years of experience supporting, partnering with, and interacting with internal business clients.
  • •At least 2 years of experience working with cross-functional teams in Tech, Product, Design, or Data.
