Staff Manufacturing Engineer, Electro-optical

Own the end-to-end manufacturing process for cooled infrared imaging devices, leading IDCA process design, documentation, and continuous improvement to deliver high quality and efficiency. Drive production capacity growth, and improve throughput by designing automation, data collection, and process control systems. Ensure operational excellence through preventive maintenance and spares strategy, integrate new process equipment, and support new product/program launches by qualifying designs and manufacturing processes.
