Key Responsibilities

Key Requirements

  • •Act as a senior tech lead with strong solution design and hands-on coding, demonstrating technical problem-solving and analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • •Hold a university degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • •Bring 10+ years of IT experience (preferably enterprise application/platform development), including 6+ years hands-on proficiency in Java and Python for backend/platform engineering.
  • •Have 5+ years IT lead experience in-house solution delivery.
  • •Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, micro-frontend architecture, and LLM-related solutions is a strong advantage.
