Job Summary

Lead day-to-day operations of a luxury watch boutique by delivering exceptional client service, driving sales against KPIs, and strengthening client relationships. Own brand and product expertise, stay ahead of competitor trends, and coach your team to surpass Quality Visits standards. Manage boutique performance reporting, budgeting, CRM data quality, vendor relationships, and operational excellence—including POS and security systems—while ensuring compliance with company policies and AP’s standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure the team maintains high brand and watch product knowledge, including collections, references, features, prices, and sales pitches.
•Drive client experience by creating a welcoming atmosphere, developing relationships, coaching service quality, and acting on client feedback and Quality Visits results.
•Communicate sales objectives and KPIs, maximize sales across walk-ins and existing clients, and collaborate with other boutiques to drive growth.
•Develop and manage the boutique budget, provide performance reports to senior local management, and monitor expenses and profitability.
•Lead team coaching, training, recruitment/onboarding, and operational excellence—ensuring policy compliance, accurate CRM data, vendor relationships, equipment upkeep, and activation planning with the affiliate.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5+ years of experience in a managerial position in the luxury watch industry.
•Experience managing client relationships and delivering top client experience in a luxury retail environment, including complaint handling.
•Fluent English skills are required; Arabic is a plus.
•Strong initiative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
•Great team management and development capabilities.
