CHIEF ELECTRICIAN

Plan and carry out preventive maintenance and repairs for marine fleet equipment and mission deck systems while ensuring safe, efficient, continuous vessel operations. Supervise crew task allocation and work plans, troubleshoot issues beyond subordinate scope, manage spares and inventory, and maintain accurate maintenance records. Lead maintenance program implementation, coordinate dry-dock/non-commissioned vessel scopes with superiors and subcontracted work, and train junior colleagues in job methodology to improve effectiveness and compliance with HSE standards.
