Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage all phases of the resort’s pre-opening activities to ensure readiness for opening.
•Develop and execute the resort’s strategic business plan, operational framework, and annual budgets.
•Recruit, inspire, and develop a leadership team while fostering excellence, accountability, and service culture.
•Establish operational policies, procedures, and service standards aligned with luxury hospitality expectations.
•Drive revenue growth and oversee financial performance, including forecasting, cost control, and profitability.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 10–15 years of progressive leadership experience in luxury resorts.
•Demonstrated success leading at least one resort pre-opening.
•Strong knowledge of luxury hotel operations across rooms, food and beverage, and wellness.
