Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide transportation for touring and venue personnel, including hotel and airport pickups and drop-offs, using a personal car or company-provided vehicle.
  • •Run errands such as laundry, grocery shopping, package delivery, equipment rentals, and coffee runs.
  • •Coordinate take-out orders and shopping lists from local restaurants and grocery stores; purchase, retrieve, and distribute items to touring personnel.
  • •Assist touring and venue staff with general production-related duties, including picking up and dropping off rented 15-passenger and cargo vans.
  • •Maintain cash and receipts and perform light administrative tasks such as making copies, posting signs, and cash reconciliation.

Key Requirements

  • •Be 25 years of age or older.
  • •Have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record (DMV check performed).
  • •Demonstrate safe driving habits and punctuality.
  • •Be reliable and responsible, with the ability to work independently and with others.
  • •Be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and work long show days (up to 16 hours).
