Key Responsibilities

•Provide transportation for touring and venue personnel throughout show day, including hotel and airport pick-ups/drop-offs, using a personal car or company-provided vehicle.
•Run errands such as laundry, grocery shopping, package delivery, equipment rentals, and coffee runs.
•Coordinate large take-out orders and shopping lists with local restaurants and grocery stores, purchasing, retrieving, and delivering to the venue.
•Assist touring and venue staff with general production-related duties, including maintaining cash and receipts.
•Perform light administrative tasks such as making copies, posting signs, and cash reconciliation.

Key Requirements

•25 years of age or older.
•Valid driver’s license with a good driving record (DMV check performed).
•Safe driving habits and ability to work a typical show day running about 16 hours.
•Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently and with others.
•Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
