Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver customer outcomes for approximately five concurrent customer projects, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • •Develop detailed technical project plans (milestones, objectives, and key results) from proposals or statements of work.
  • •Drive weekly progress through detailed tracking and risk mitigation to keep projects on track.
  • •Facilitate meetings across technical and non-technical stakeholders, from engineering standups to executive steering committees.
  • •Adapt to changing priorities and steer projects proactively while collaborating across Professional Services, Engineering, and Sales teams.

Salary: USD 124,800 - 214,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, preferably in a B2B SaaS, cloud, or data engineering/analytics environment.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent practical experience), with comfort diving deep technically.
  • •Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional technical programs and deliver in a fast-paced environment, with strong Agile/program management methodology knowledge.
  • •Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts and build consensus across audiences.
  • •Foundational knowledge of data and AI landscape, including data warehousing, data lakes, ETL, streaming, data science, and machine learning.
