Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the Kraken Pro onboarding experience globally end to end, from first landing through a client’s first trade.
  • •Continuously assess the onboarding funnel and drive continuous UX improvements based on what’s working and what’s not.
  • •Understand Pro customers deeply and use insights to determine how to talk to them and what excites them to trade.
  • •Use onboarding data to identify the biggest friction points, where clients drop off, and the highest-leverage opportunities.
  • •Partner with Design, Data, Engineering, and Marketing to ship onboarding improvements, using AI to better see the funnel and personalize onboarding.

Salary: USD 110,400 - 220,800 annually

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record in onboarding, activation, or growth-oriented UX work.
  • •Strong product sense for user experience, including spotting friction, simplifying complex flows, and designing for trust and excitement.
  • •Data fluency: define success metrics, analyze funnels, and turn data into prioritized action.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication to align stakeholders with clear narratives and numbers.
