Job Summary

Lead remediation programs for Oil and Gas clients across upstream, midstream, and downstream assets in Colorado. Drive program performance against client satisfaction and KPIs, interact with governance and risk to resolve service issues, and develop solutions to client problems. Provide people leadership for remediation professionals, oversee training and succession planning, and partner with client account and environmental leadership to grow profitable backlog through budgets and capture strategies.

•Drive program performance to meet/exceed client satisfaction and KPIs, and support attainment of internal KPIs.
•Directly manage projects and integrate global resources into local delivery while managing transition change.
•Interact with Governance & Risk Leader to proactively identify and address service issues.
•Provide people leadership by supervising remediation professionals, resolving major issues, and mentoring/training teams.
•Support business development by partnering with client account managers and environmental leadership to grow profitable backlog and manage budgets/capture strategies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, engineering, or a related field AND 8 years of experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
•Experience managing remediation programs, including technical delivery excellence and regulatory compliance.
•Due to the role, US Citizenship or permanent residency is required; sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
•Successful candidate will be subject to a background check and a motor vehicle records check.
•Preferred: Master’s degree in environmental engineering, geoscience, or related discipline.
