Key Responsibilities

  • •Track and analyze COGS/cost of revenue and gross margin to understand current margin profiles
  • •Analyze cloud/infrastructure/inference/telephony costs to identify trends, outliers, and investigation areas
  • •Build cost-per-minute and cost-per-call models and unit economics linking infrastructure consumption to revenue activity
  • •Partner with Engineering to optimize infrastructure costs and lower unit costs using the models
  • •Forecast COGS in the operating plan and support gross margin reporting and variance analysis for leadership

Key Requirements
