Own full-cycle recruiting for entry- to mid-level roles across multiple communications disciplines, partnering with hiring managers to define talent needs and build targeted candidate pipelines. Deliver a high-touch “white glove” candidate experience from outreach through offer and onboarding, using Greenhouse and other recruiting technologies to manage requisitions and improve outcomes.
