Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, engineer, and study protection systems for equipment across the bulk power system.
  • •Develop protection analyses including electrical model development, short circuit, time-current coordination, arc flash, and event analysis while maintaining NERC compliance.
  • •Integrate relay settings and protective relaying schemes with SCADA systems.
  • •Lead teams on client projects to meet scope, schedule, and budget, and provide technical mentorship to junior engineers.
  • •Support infrequent onsite site visits to collect data and discuss project specifics with clients.

Key Requirements

  • •Professional Engineering (PE) license or ability to obtain one.
  • •Ability to travel occasionally depending on project requirements.
