Lead Sprout Social’s centralized Decision Analytics function within the Strategy & Business Operations team, overseeing data science and analytics pods supporting Marketing, Revenue, Product, and Finance. Drive a shift from reactive reporting to predictive, insight-driven decision-making that measurably improves business outcomes. Partner with senior stakeholders as a primary thought partner, build an operating model, manage transformation and change management, and champion AI-forward analytics workflows.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and lead Decision Analytics, the centralized analytics and data science function across domain-specialized pods for Marketing, Revenue, Product, and Finance.
•Set the vision, standards, and operating model for how Decision Analytics works, including prioritization, stakeholder partnerships, and impact measurement.
•Drive adoption of proactive, insight-driven decision-making by business teams to create measurable business impact.
•Serve as the primary analytics and data science thought partner to senior stakeholders across the organization, guiding delivery of highest-leverage work.
•Lead and develop managers, analysts, and data scientists across multiple domain pods while partnering with Data Enablement on data infrastructure and analytics engineering requirements.

Salary: USD 200,000 - 302,500 annually

Key Requirements

•12+ years in analytics, data science, or related field, including 5+ years leading teams within a SaaS/subscription business.
•5+ years hiring, developing, and mentoring a high-performing team of managers, analysts, and data scientists.
•Proven success scaling and managing a centralized or hybrid analytics function supporting diverse cross-functional business units.
•Deep fluency in SaaS metrics across the customer lifecycle (e.g., ARR growth/composition, NRR/GRR, pipeline velocity, CAC payback, LTV:CAC, product activation).
•Ability to move between high-level executive strategy and hands-on technical execution.
