Join the Tetra HW Engineering team to design and develop sophisticated communication products. You’ll support RF/controller design, simulation, troubleshooting, optimization, validation, and testing throughout product development. The role includes building prototypes or proof of concepts with bench tools, ensuring reliability and regulatory compliance, and working with cross-functional teams while communicating technical ideas to engineering audiences.

Key Responsibilities

•Handle design and development of highly sophisticated communication products.
•Perform RF/controller design, simulation, troubleshooting, optimization, validation, and testing for product development.
•Construct prototypes or proof of concepts to test circuit designs using workbench tools and test equipment.
•Ensure product compliance with reliability and regulatory standards.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate conceptual ideas to technical audiences.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree majoring in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical, or related area.
•Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate with teams.
•Able to communicate and present conceptual ideas to technical audiences.
•Able to work independently with minimum supervision, multitask, and collaborate as a team player.
•Knowledge in ADS simulation tools and PCB layout is an added advantage; must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas, Penang, Malaysia.
