Key Responsibilities

  • •Research and develop automation and manufacturing concepts, including feasibility, specifications, timelines, and costs.
  • •Lead and coordinate design, development, and installation of equipment to build unique manufacturing capabilities.
  • •Partner with R&D, marketing, packaging, and industrial engineering to create and develop new products.
  • •Manage outside equipment construction services and provide technical specifications and acceptance testing at fabricator facilities.
  • •Supervise machine start-up and training, equipment validation, and maintain accurate engineering records including as-built drawings and documentation.
