Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and modernize/automate forecasting and planning tools by partnering with IT, People, and Finance, including defining requirements and implementing FP&A solutions and improving the Pigment migration.
  • •Supercharge and standardize AI usage across the FP&A team.
  • •Manage the planning process/calendar, corporate-level forecast consolidation, forecast reconciliation, and communicate timelines, deliverables, and expectations to stakeholders.
  • •Develop management reporting that summarizes data and supports decision-making for senior leadership, including the CEO, CFO, SVP of Finance, and the Board.
  • •Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of analysts and associates, and partner cross-functionally to drive operational efficiencies in processes and systems.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 126,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or economics (MBA a plus).
  • •5+ years of experience in FP&A or other finance functions.
  • •Expert in financial modeling plus Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, and Pigment.
  • •Technically competent and curious, with comfort learning new systems and tools (including lightweight connectivity such as gsheet plug-ins).
  • •Strong communication and project management skills, with ability to analyze data and make actionable recommendations.
