Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

Lead MongoDB’s global Corporate FP&A team and shape the forecasting and planning process in partnership with senior finance leadership. Build and modernize planning systems and financial models, including driving improvements around the Pigment financial planning system. Own planning calendars, forecast consolidation and reconciliation, and develop management reporting for executive decision-making. Manage, mentor, and develop a small team of analysts and associates while partnering cross-functionally to drive operational efficiencies and budget planning.
