Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare cost aspects of civil and building works from inception to final account while minimizing expenditure and maximizing revenue.
  • •Administer subcontractors and company procedures, and follow up with construction and technical teams to collect progress details.
  • •Manage client site instructions and variation orders, including related commercial and contractual support and “letter writing”.
  • •Submit payment applications and ensure monthly cash flow and budget preparation with regular monitoring.
  • •Coordinate tendering procedures and package preparation; ensure interim applications, payment certificates, and variation order changes are submitted/secured on time.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Engineering.
  • •Professional Qualification in Quantity Surveying (or related field).
  • •Minimum 8 years’ working experience and 5 years’ relevant experience.
  • •Experience using computer-based quantification systems (e.g., CCS/Candy) and AutoCAD for Quantity Takeoff.
  • •Knowledge of Bill of Quantities (standard method of measurement) and ERP systems (preferably SAP).
