Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and execute regulatory change assurance reviews, evaluating design and implementation of responses to new or amended regulations.
  • •Develop and apply the Regulatory Change Assurance Methodology, including assurance reviews, quality assessments, and remediation initiatives.
  • •Manage multiple assurance projects and oversee the assurance team pipeline, including scoping, planning, execution, reporting, and verification of remediation closure.
  • •Coordinate regulatory, audit, and management responses (including deliverables and documentation) and support examinations and audits.
  • •Serve as program manager for function enablement: maintain methodologies/workpapers/templates, produce metrics and reporting, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated experience leading complex assurance, audit, compliance, or regulatory change initiatives from planning through closure.
  • •Strong program management skills, including prioritization, stakeholder/resource management, issue tracking, and executive reporting.
  • •Experience developing and maintaining assurance/risk/compliance methodologies, procedures, templates, training materials, and operating models.
  • •Proven ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical frameworks, processes, controls, and assurance activities.
  • •Several years of assurance experience in financial services, ideally in internal audit, with strong written communication for regulator- and audit-ready deliverables.
