Key Responsibilities

  • •Adhere to site safety protocols and report hazards or incidents immediately.
  • •Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly production plans to meet customer DIFOT targets.
  • •Review demand vs. capacity and adjust schedules for material variances, labor shortages, and machine downtime while highlighting efficiency improvements.
  • •Produce and deliver plan-versus-actual and DIFOT loss-tree performance reporting, and monitor/adapt schedules to minimize disruption impacts.
  • •Coordinate raw material flow and inventory/shipment planning using JIT, and support NPI integration into the production lifecycle with accurate documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • •3 to 5 years of proven experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • •Strong foundational understanding of production planning and scheduling principles.
  • •Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines with proactive long-term planning.
  • •Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-site alignment.
