Job Summary

Lead the bar team at One&Only The Palm in Dubai, creating a warm, engaging atmosphere and ensuring a seamless bar experience for every guest. Oversee beverage preparation, bar operations, recipe adherence, storage, cleanliness, and service quality. Manage bar stock, inventory, requisitions, and reporting (sales, breakage/spoilage/spillage, equipment inventories) while mixing cocktails and serving wine and other beverages according to One&Only standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the bar team to create a warm, engaging, energetic bar atmosphere while ensuring seamless guest service.
•Oversee beverage preparation and bar operations, maintaining high standards of creativity, consistency, and guest satisfaction.
•Ensure drinks adhere to resort recipes and standardized recipes; mix cocktails and prepare mise-en-place and required drink components.
•Manage bar stock, storage, safety, cleanliness, and maintenance of the bar area and equipment/tools.
•Complete bar shift/end-of-day tasks including stock orders, inventory and reports, and support cashiering tasks when assigned.

Key Requirements

•1–2 years of experience in a 5-star hotel, resort, or upscale bar environment.
•Strong knowledge of beverage service standards and bar operations.
•Knowledge of mixology basics and ability to mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks using standardized recipes.
•Excellent personal presentation and strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse, high-profile guests.
•Excellent English communication skills (proficiency in an additional language is an advantage).
