Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with monthly close by preparing and posting payroll-related journal entries, including salary accruals, cash clearing, and statutory contributions.
  • •Support quarter-end process with High-Level Validation (HLV) analysis.
  • •Support year-end close by posting adjustments for items including stock-based compensation (SPP, RSU), bonuses, leaves (e.g., PAVA), and other H2RA areas.
  • •Liaise with external auditors during year-end audits, including payroll walkthroughs and handling audit queries; perform ad hoc offline reconciliations as needed.
  • •Perform monthly payroll-related balance sheet reconciliations, maintain process documentation (DTM) and lead sheets, and support process improvement/automation opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance.
  • •1–2 years of relevant professional experience with a Bachelor’s degree.
  • •Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial compliance requirements.
  • •Proficiency in SAP (or equivalent ERP systems).
  • •Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
