Key Responsibilities

•Perform detailed data entry tasks, entering information from various employee records into HR systems with a focus on accuracy and completeness.
•Review paperwork for completeness and accuracy before entry; follow up with HR teams to resolve discrepancies or questions.
•Support resolution of payroll misapplied actions in coordination with local HR representatives.
•Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR procedures and processes; assist in documenting administrative HR processes.
•Assist in generating reports and analyzing HR data to support workforce planning and employee development.

Key Requirements

•1) Strong data entry skills with meticulous attention to detail and a focus on data accuracy. 2) Experience working with HR information systems and personnel records. 3) Ability to review documents for completeness and resolve discrepancies with HR teams. 4) Familiarity with HR procedures, processes and reporting for workforce planning and talent management. 5) Capable of supporting report generation and trend analysis to extract insights from HR data.
