•Lead cross-functional People Systems projects from ambiguous needs through launch, translating priorities into scope, milestones, owners, decisions, risks, and phased delivery plans.
•Own Workday configuration and business process improvements across HCM, Compensation/Advanced Compensation, Talent/Performance, Reporting, Security, and related modules, including troubleshooting integrations.
•Provide production support by triaging, resolving, and preventing system issues.

•Detailed knowledge of core employee lifecycle processes (HCM, compensation, talent/performance, benefits, absence, reporting, security, total rewards) including Workday security/access and compliance.
•Ability to connect processes and technical solutions to drive tactical and strategic outcomes in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
