Support sustainment and incident management for DoD Emergency Management services, including Mass Warning Notification, E-911, Common Operating Picture, Giant Voice, and Audio-Visual Notification Systems. Monitor and meet SLA/KPI performance, document and troubleshoot incidents reported by emergency responders, and resolve issues impacting access and system functionality. Maintain ticketing tools, analyze service-level performance, and coordinate with engineering, security, and systems administration teams to improve support and usability.

•Support sustainment of DoD Emergency Management systems (Mass Warning Notification, E-911, Common Operating Picture, Giant Voice, and Audio-Visual Notification Systems), including hardware/software operations and maintenance.
•Provide incident management services in strict adherence to SLA metrics and KPIs.
•Document, coordinate, and troubleshoot technical questions and incidents reported by emergency responders, including access issues and suspected security incidents.
•May train end-users on resolution steps via self-service or other teams, following separation of duties.
•Administer and maintain the ticket management tool and analyze/report service level performance for continuous process improvement.

Travel: Low travel
