Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform machine setup and runs on surface grinders and mills
  • •Read, interpret and comprehend, process prints, engineering and quality standards, and other informational drawings and work instructions
  • •Monitor tooling for wear and usage, changing and setting tools as needed
  • •Monitor part specific dimensional tolerances while performing the operation and identify non-conforming part features
  • •Maintain accurate documentation and system inputs (shop traveler, labor charging, production tracking software, inspection results)
