Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with product and engineering to inform roadmap priorities, validate designs, and ensure real CPG demand planning challenges are addressed
  • •Synthesize customer feedback and market intelligence into actionable product insights
  • •Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, helping optimize workflows and maximize platform value
  • •Partner with sales & marketing on go-to-market activities including discovery calls, content generation, and webinars
  • •Report to Head of Business Operations and bridge gaps between product, customer support, and GTM teams

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of hands-on demand planning experience at CPG brands, including direct responsibility for forecast generation, demand-supply collaboration, and S&OP processes
  • •Deep functional expertise in demand planning methodologies, forecasting techniques, and planning systems
  • •Understanding of how demand planning connects to broader supply chain, finance, and commercial objectives
  • •Comfortable working with data and analytics tools
  • •Willingness to work at our NYC Headquarters 5 days a week
