Manager- Road Projects Governance and Monitoring

Lead governance, commercial oversight, and technical assurance for road infrastructure projects across the full lifecycle. Build and review governance frameworks, project control methodologies, assurance processes, and quality/risk reviews aligned to RTA strategies. Oversee project budgets, cash flow, claims, change orders, and final accounts; manage documentation and asset registration; monitor dashboards and digital reporting systems; and drive continuous improvement using governance findings, performance data, and lessons learned.
