Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement governance frameworks, project control methodologies, and assurance processes for road projects across the project lifecycle
  • •Oversee contractual and commercial management including project budgets, cash flow monitoring, disbursements, claims, change orders, and final accounts
  • •Lead governance reviews of deliverables to ensure technical standards, specifications, and quality requirements are applied consistently
  • •Direct department-wide project quality assurance, technical compliance reviews, and risk assessments, including corrective and preventive actions
  • •Oversee development and maintenance of project dashboards and reporting to monitor progress, financial performance, risks, quality indicators, and governance status

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s/master’s degree in civil engineering, transportation engineering, or construction
  • •12+ years of related experience (14+ years with a master’s degree) in a relevant field
  • •Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • •Experience developing and implementing governance frameworks, project controls, and assurance processes for infrastructure/road projects
  • •Ability to oversee governance reviews, technical compliance, risk assessments, and corrective/preventive actions
