Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify practical AI use cases with measurable value, translating business pain points into use cases with inputs/outputs and success metrics.
  • •Design and deploy AI-enabled solutions (assistants, workflow automation, agentic workflows, document analysis, summarization/classification, knowledge tools, routing/decision support) and define requirements and launch criteria.
  • •Support agentic AI workflows by defining human review, fallback/escalation paths, integrating with business tools, and testing accuracy, reliability, trust, and safety.
  • •Drive adoption through training materials, workshops, and operational enablement, measuring usage, acceptance, rejections, escalations, and feedback.
  • •Define evaluation and quality standards, test against real examples and failure cases, and improve quality after launch in partnership with legal, compliance, security, and risk teams.

Key Requirements

  • •5-10+ years of experience across AI solutions, automation, analytics, product, business systems, operations, consulting, enterprise technology, or digital transformation.
  • •Hands-on experience launching AI, automation, analytics, workflow, or business-facing technology solutions with users.
  • •Experience mapping processes, defining requirements, testing solutions, and supporting adoption with business users.
  • •Experience partnering with engineering, data, security, or enterprise systems teams to connect solutions to tools and data.
