Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the enhancement request pipeline across multiple strategic enterprise accounts, maintaining a structured system to track, prioritize, and respond to customer requirements.
  • •Translate customer requirements into shipped products by synthesizing account inputs into clear, coherent product direction based on customer pain.
  • •Identify patterns across strategic accounts, shape them into partnerships for design, and ensure resulting capabilities benefit the wider market.
  • •Serve as the primary product voice with senior customer stakeholders (including CISO, CTO, and VP of Security Operations), delivering roadmap updates and decisions that preserve relationships.
  • •Partner with product and engineering leads to write actionable requirements, support deal cycles (RFP responses, security questionnaires, roadmap presentations), and create artifacts like trackers, dashboards, and decision memos.

Key Requirements

  • •7–10 years of product management experience, including at least 4 years in B2B enterprise software, with ownership of a product area from customer input to shipped outcomes.
  • •Direct experience working with named strategic enterprise accounts and managing enhancement request intake and execution at scale.
  • •Hands-on security domain knowledge with SIEM, SOAR, XDR, or broader security operations platforms, and the ability to discuss detection engineering and compliance use cases.
  • •Experience running a structured enhancement request pipeline across multiple enterprise accounts simultaneously and building a tracking system quickly with limited documentation.
  • •Executive presence and technical credibility: deliver roadmap updates and difficult decisions with C-suite stakeholders while writing requirements engineers can act on without follow-up clarification.
